Refund policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replace, you can contact us at areebaboutiques@gmail.com  If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Kindly return this parcel to the provided replacement address through any courier service , & send us the slip which you'll get after dispatching and pay DC of this parcel.
when parcel receive to our replacement address, our team will check this parcel properly,
Than we replace this to your selected replacement dress, & we dispatch your parcel ASAP , we send you slip too.
insha'ALLAH you'll get your parcel in 3 to 4 working days & this parcel will be free of cost for you.
